Abstract: A storybook and task-oriented activity book specifically designed for children with cancer (ages 7-11). Children who are diagnosed with cancer must face a series of overwhelming hurdles; physical, psychological and social. Everyone with the child can play an essential role in minimizing the trauma associated with the disease. The patient, family, and medical team enter into a complex interdependent relationship. The child's ability to cope with and adjust to their illness is strengthened by an environment which is open and supportive.
