The music of Pachelbel's Canon accompanies; the guided imagery of a tree. Autogenic phrases emphasize growing; in confidence and strength 'every day in every way'. The closing; image is that of energy rising through the body -- as sap through the; trunk of a tree. This helps to create a full circle of relaxation.
